sponsoring is key

Picture

Sponsoring is the KEY to building a financially stable and lucrative business with Younique.  And it's FUN! Just share what you love with EVERYONE! Selling is great for short term income.  BUT for longterm, substantial and residual income, you need to build a team.  It's really simple math.  You only have so much time in your day and you only know & have contact with so many people.  But what if you could multiply yourself and have MORE time and MORE contacts and MORE influence.... that's what a team does!!!
It creates amazing LEVERAGE in your business and makes it possible to earn Full-Time income without changing much of what you do from month to month.

SPONSORING TIPS
Do a Three Way Call with your prospective presenter & your sponsor or upline. How to do a three way call:

Call up your prospective presenter, then add your upline/sponsor. Keep the call to 15 mins max... Introduce your upline to your prospective --- The 3rd party does ALL the talking. Shares their 2 minute story, shares a little about the company, shares why Younique is different (I.e. paid daily!) shares about out amazing 3D lashes and other naturally based products -- then opens it up for questions and answers them. Then she asks if the prospect is interested in the products, the biz level or both. On a scale of 1-10? If she says 10, get her signed up right then. If she says anything over a 6 you can say something like. . . okay, how can I help you get from a "6" to a "10".. . .Are there any other concerns or questions you have? Then go from there to build the relationship & help address any concerns.
